# What CubeERP costs

## The model

1. **Subscription, per named user.** Monthly or annual. Every module, the REST API, UK hosting, encrypted backups, updates, role-based security and UK support are included. It scales by the number of people who log in, not by turnover, transaction volume or which modules you use. Annual is cheaper. Increases are capped and notified in writing.
2. **Implementation, fixed per stage.** Discovery, configuration, data migration, training and go-live, each quoted as a fixed price before it starts. You can stop after discovery with a usable document and no further obligation. In year one this is usually the larger of the two numbers.

## Included in the subscription

- **Every module.** All 14 modules are in the base product. No manufacturing edition, no advanced inventory tier, no reporting add-on.
- **API and webhooks.** Documented REST API and webhooks, with no per-connector licence and no integration platform fee.
- **Security and audit.** Field-level permissions, approval limits, single sign-on and a full audit log, not reserved for an enterprise contract.
- **Updates and hosting.** UK hosting, encrypted off-site backups and continuous versioned updates - no forklift upgrade project.
- **UK support.** A named contact and agreed response times, from the people who built the platform.
- **Your data, exportable.** A full export in open formats whenever you ask, including if you leave.

## What actually moves the number

1. **Named users, not headcount.** You pay for people who log in. Warehouse operatives scanning on a shared device are not full users.
2. **How much data has to move.** Customers, suppliers and a parts list is straightforward. Twenty years of transaction history, bills of materials in three formats and open orders mid-flight is not. This is usually the largest variable.
3. **How many processes are unusual.** Configuration is included in implementation. Bespoke development is quoted separately.
4. **How many systems it has to talk to.** An accounts package sync is standard. A three-way web shop, third-party warehouse and EDI integration is a project in its own right.
5. **Sites, warehouses and training groups.** Multi-site operations barely change the software cost but do change the implementation cost.

## Why no price list

A per-user figure on its own would be misleading, because implementation varies enormously with data quality and process complexity. We give a written quote covering both numbers after a single conversation, and we do not need three qualification calls to produce it.

## Early access

CubeERP is in early access, so we onboard a limited number of businesses at a time. That means direct access to the people building it, real influence over the roadmap, and pricing fixed for the first term. It also means we will say plainly when something you need is not built yet.
