In most trade businesses the real price list is not the one on the website.
It is a mix of account discounts, brand deals, supplier promotions and the special rates somebody agreed on the phone, held in a spreadsheet that two people understand. CubeERP holds all of it against the customer and applies it automatically, so the same customer gets the same price on a quote, an order taken by phone and an order placed on your B2B store. Prices and costs keep a full history, future increases are scheduled in advance, and each customer can be sent their own price list.

What it does
Inside customer specific pricing software
The parts of CubeERP that make up customer pricing. Everything here shares one database, so nothing needs re-keying between them.
Discounts at any level
Customer discounts set at top level, or by brand, category, supplier and more, with fully customisable inclusions and exclusions for the lines that should never be discounted.
Applied everywhere, automatically
The same rules apply on quotes, sales orders and the website, so nobody looks up a price and a web order is priced exactly like a phone order.
Price increases scheduled in advance
Upload future price increases by XLS or CSV with the date they take effect, and they switch over on the day without a late-night update.
Full price and cost history
Every change to a product’s price and cost is kept, so you can see what a customer was charged, what it cost you and when either changed.
Customer price list generator
Produce a customer’s own price list, with their discounts applied, instead of sending the standard list and a note about their terms.
Terms held on the account
Pricing, discounts and credit terms live on the customer record in the CRM, so sales, accounts and the website all work from the same agreement.
How it happens
What implementation actually involves
No mystery, no discovery phase that quietly becomes the project. Five stages, all covered by the setup on every package.
- 1
Discovery
A structured session mapping how you work now - the systems, the spreadsheets and the bits held together by one person’s memory. We come back with what the platform covers as standard, what needs configuration, and what needs building.
- 2
Configuration
Your sites, warehouses, price lists, approval limits, document templates, workflows and permissions set up to match the business - not a demo tenant with your logo dropped on it.
- 3
Data migration
Customers, suppliers, parts, bills of materials, price lists, open orders and stock balances brought across and reconciled. We migrate, you check the numbers against the old system, and only then do we cut over.
- 4
Training & rollout
Role-based training so the order desk learns the order desk and the warehouse learns the warehouse, with a pilot group first where it makes sense. Documentation and short screen recordings left behind for new starters.
- 5
Ongoing support
UK support from the people who built the platform, with response times set by your package, a dedicated account manager on Professional and Enterprise, and a product roadmap you can influence.
You might call it something else
Customer pricing goes by a lot of names - if you are searching for any of these, this is the page you wanted.
