  • CubeERP is priced per named user per month with a one-off implementation fee covering configuration, data migration and training. There is no per-connector licence and no charge for the API. We quote the implementation as a fixed price after discovery so it cannot quietly become an open-ended project.

  • Yes. Customers, suppliers, parts, bills of materials, price lists, open orders and stock balances are all migrated as part of the implementation. We migrate, you reconcile against your old system, and we only cut over once the numbers agree.
