What MRPeasy actually is
MRPeasy is cloud manufacturing software for small manufacturers, covering production planning, shop-floor control, inventory, purchasing, CRM and reporting.
It is licensed per user across Starter, Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited tiers with volume discounts above ten users, billed monthly or annually. The company is explicit that there is no module-based pricing, no paywalled functionality within a plan, and no mandatory implementation or training package - optional training hours and advanced support are priced separately. Support is delivered through a ticket system rather than on site. For a small manufacturer with a capable person willing to set it up, that model works and the pricing is transparent.
Credit where it is due
What MRPeasy does well
These are the real reasons it has the customers it has. If two or more of them describe something you need, weight them heavily.
Straightforward per-user pricing with no module upsells and no mandatory implementation fee - refreshingly clear.
Real MRP capability at a small-business price point, including bills of materials, routings and shop-floor reporting.
A long free trial and a self-service model that lets you find out whether it fits before spending anything meaningful.
ISO 27001 certification and a mature, stable product with a substantial small-manufacturer customer base.
Side by side
The differences that actually change the decision
Not a feature checklist. These are the structural differences - licensing, scope, who implements it - that determine whether a system fits, and they are the ones nobody tells you until month four.

Worth checking
Questions to put to them before you sign
None of these are faults. They are design decisions with consequences, and every one of them is answerable - so ask.
Support is remote and ticket-based
The model is a ticket system with optional paid advanced support and training hours. That keeps the price low. It also means nobody is coming to look at your shop floor, and the quality of your configuration is down to whoever sets it up.
Tiers gate capability, not modules
There are no module charges, but the four plan levels do differ in what they include. The relevant comparison is your required tier, not the entry tier.
Implementation is yours
MRPeasy is explicit that no implementation package is required. That is also a statement about who does the work. If nobody internally owns the setup, that is a risk regardless of how good the software is.
Scope stops at manufacturing
Field service, complex quoting workflows, EDI trading and multi-site warehouse operations are outside what it sets out to do. That focus is why it is simple.
If you are a small manufacturer with a technically confident person who will own the setup, straightforward production and no appetite for a consultancy relationship, MRPeasy is a good product at a fair price and you should try the free trial before speaking to us. Their pricing transparency is better than most of this market and we will not pretend otherwise.
If you do move
What leaving MRPeasy actually involves
- 1
The trigger is usually complexity, not size
People move when the operation acquires something MRPeasy does not cover - field service, a second warehouse, EDI trading, engineered-to-order quoting - rather than because they got bigger.
- 2
Or because nobody owns it
The other common reason is that the person who set it up has left, and the configuration is now nobody’s. If that is the situation, be clear that what you are buying next is accountability.
- 3
Data structures map cleanly
Bills of materials, routings, stock and order data come across in a well-understood shape, which makes this one of the more predictable migrations.
Questions
What people ask when comparing us with MRPeasy
On-site discovery, configuration done for you, training your team in the building, a named support contact with agreed response times, and modules MRPeasy does not cover. If you do not need those, MRPeasy is better value and you should take it.
Yes. All 14 CubeERP modules are in the base product with no tiers and no add-ons. It is one of the few things we and MRPeasy fully agree on.
When you need field service scheduling, EDI trading with a major customer, multi-site warehouse operations with bin-level control, or quoting workflows for engineered-to-order work.
Not particularly. The data model is close enough that bills of materials, routings, stock and open orders transfer predictably. It is usually one of the shorter migrations we quote.
If you are a small manufacturer and unsure, yes. Their free trial costs you nothing but time, and finding out that a simpler system is enough is a better outcome for you than buying ours and under-using it.
